Jimmy - I am planning to take photos in semporna.
Can you introduce some people who are experienced in this area to lead for me ?
    Travelling informations are also preferred.
    Thanks !

It has been quite sometime since my last entry. yet again, i’ve been working on getting a nice template and a portfolio section for my site, and they are up! feel free to browse them :).

Today, i received a special thank you from one of my recent client, Ivan and Tseyi. The package is nicely wrapped with a little note “Thanks for the beautiful photos!”.

As a photographer, words of appreciation meant alot to us. Its like winning a war! ๐Ÿ˜€

Wedding assignment is like going to a battlefield. For a soldier, when you’re going to a war, you pick up your gun and you take your shot, every shot you take means life and death!ย For us wedding photographers, every moment we’re on a wedding assignment, it is crucial to stay focus, we cant afford to miss a shot, else it will be gone forever. We always haveย to be ready and alert for the next important moment.

Yes, its a looooong tiring process. What keeps us going is our never ending passion. At the end of our assignment, the thank you from our clients keeps us going. Every thank you note we receive means alot to us, it means our clients are very happy and appreciate our work, it means we delivered quality work. The thanks is what keep us going.

Well, Ivan and tse yi went a mile further thanking us for our hardwork for the day, they actually got us a little gift in a nicely wrapped little fake diamond wrapper. ย Thank you very much for the gift. ๐Ÿ™‚

Your thank you isn’t as simple as a gift, its a special testimonial, a recognition to a photographer’s art, to my art. ๐Ÿ™‚

As for what is inside this nice wrapping paper? i will keep it to myself. ๐Ÿ™‚

I’ve always loved church ceremony. Ivan and Tse yi’s wedding ceremony were held in a 100 year old church located in batu gajah, ipoh. The settings, the lighting, the emotions during the ceremony is just remarkable. I had a wonderful time shooting this memorable day for ivan and tse yi.

Here are some of the highlights of the day.

I finally found a pretty decent looking theme for my site. Lots of work going on to get all the links up and running for this site. In this new site, i’ve added a few links for a gallery of my wedding work, a gallery for my travel photos, not to forget my about me page and lastly JAC photography. ๐Ÿ™‚ Feel free to browse around and make yourself feel at home.

Just came back from Semporna last week. Lots of photos are still under work along with the construction of this site. More posts will come in due time. ๐Ÿ™‚

What have i been doing for the last few weeks? The answer is flash strobing. Me and a group of photographers were spending some time at night after work around penang learning up flash strobing. These are the few shots we came up with.

They looked really good, i’m beginning to get addicted with flash strobing. Maybe we’ll be shooting pre-weds in the night coming future. ๐Ÿ™‚
