Finally, i managed to dig up some time to write a blog entry about this really interesting couple i had the honors to shoot their special day. They had the day planned out well. In the morning, Colin brought 10 “heng dais” while May’s ji mui count was 10 too. The tests for the groom always fills the day with laughters. Colin and “heng dai”s are sporting and down to earth, going through every tests the ji muis laid out for them.
One of the few most looked forward event of the day was the church wedding, in which i had always wanted to shoot a church wedding. Church weddings are pretty interesting, i prefer to shoot it with another partner to cover at different angle, lucky i had an assistant for the day for more coverage at different angle. 😉
Anyways, i enjoyed the church wedding shooting very much. Colin and May had gave me a great opportunity for that. 🙂
Thanks C&M! I wish you both happy marriage. lets go for more hokkien mee when i go KL for a visit. 😉

Last but not least, not to forget my assistant for the day wan ching, thanks for the extra coverage and…. great work. 😉

Here are some shots for the day. More to be added real soon.

Colin - thank you for shooting us and made it memorable. we’ll look forward to your next trip when you get here. =)

Shooting kids have been really fun, they are so natural. I enjoyed myself very much in this potrait session. It was more like a day outing with Gerald rather than a potrait session.

Gerald is turning 6 next week~ happy birthday Gerald. 🙂

Everyone, this is Gerald,

in his style

and something you get for paying off your model,
a smile….so original.

Lastly, I wish both William and Pey Ching a happy life as they embark on this new journey.
Without further ado, I’ll let the pictures do the blogging. Here goes some highlights for the day from the garden wedding till the dinner. 🙂

    jrhew - 🙂

Its finally the long awaited day for this client. William had booked me since early this year. As both of them are based in US, I’ve never met them before, but they are extremely down to earth, getting acquianted to them was as easy as pie .

Today is no ordinary traditional wedding, William and Pei ching’s day were filled with romance and simplicity. Will surprised his bride by picking her up on a trishaw. 2 pictures for a sneak preview. Despite the hot day and running aftering the trishaw, it was all worth it. 🙂

Here are the highlights for first day.
